새로운 협상안에 대해 일부 긍정적인 반응이 나오는 것으로 보인다.  하레디의 시위, 군 지휘부와의 이견 등 이스라엘 내부에서도 이번 가자 전쟁의 장기화에 따른 부담감이 상당했을 것이고 점점 수위를 높여가는 헤즈볼라와의 산발적인 전투 또한 현재 군의 장비와 병력 문제가 지속 거론되는 상황 속에서 전면전이 벌어질 가능성도 높아지고 있고, 2개의 전쟁 수행이 가능하다곤 하지만 최상의 상태가 아닌만큼 피하고 싶을 것이라 본다.
